Risk disclosure

1. Leverage magnifies both directions
Leverage lets you hold a position larger than the money backing it. A demonstration account is opened at 1:30, so a position can be thirty times the margin committed to it — and a move of a few per cent against you can therefore remove a large share of that margin.
If your margin level falls to 50 per cent, positions are closed automatically. That mechanism limits how far an account can fall; it does not protect you from losing what is in it.
2. What a demonstration account is and is not
A demonstration account's balance is virtual. No money can be deposited into it, and none can be lost. A profit shown on a demonstration account is not income and cannot be withdrawn; a loss is not a debt and is not owed to anyone.
A live account is a different thing entirely: it holds real money, and everything on this page applies to it in full. Which kind of account you are looking at is shown on every screen that can act on it — the header, the account switcher, the terminal and the account list.
3. We give no advice
Nothing on this website or in the platform is investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an invitation to buy or sell anything. We do not know your circumstances and we do not assess whether an instrument is suitable for you. Content is provided for information and education. If you need advice, take it from someone qualified to give it in your country.
4. Past performance proves nothing
Historical prices, charts, and any result you achieve on a demonstration account say nothing reliable about future outcomes. Simulated performance in particular benefits from hindsight and from the absence of real financial pressure. A strategy that worked on a demonstration account can fail immediately with real money.
5. These products are not for everyone
Leveraged trading suits people who understand the mechanics, can monitor open positions, and can afford to lose the money committed. If you do not understand how margin, stop-outs or overnight financing work, learn before you risk anything. Never trade with money you need.
6. Crypto markets behave differently
The crypto instruments listed here move further and faster than the currency pairs, and they trade continuously — including weekends, when a position left open remains exposed and you may not be watching. Liquidity can disappear during sharp moves, and gaps can carry a price past a stop level.
7. Technology can fail
This is an internet platform. Your connection, your device, our servers or the exchange feeds we depend on can all fail or lag. A price you see may be a moment old. Where our own price snapshot is stale, the platform declines orders rather than filling them at a price it cannot stand behind — which means an order may be refused at the moment you most want it accepted.
8. Costs reduce your result
Every position carries the spread — the gap between the buy and sell price — which means a position is slightly negative the instant it opens and has to move in your favour before it breaks even. We add a fixed markup per instrument on top of the source price, and that markup is included in the prices shown to you. Positions held overnight may attract a financing charge when live accounts launch.
